Moisture Associated Skin Complications or Damage: ‘MASD’ is a field of wound and skin management that is gaining awareness. MASD is often confused with other types of skin damage (such as pressure injuries). The Wounds Australia (VIC) Twilight Seminar will discuss: what MASD is, how to identify it, and what are the common causes and treatments. The evening will also provide you with an update on the latest research in the field of incontinence associated dermatitis in acute care.
